Pick-Up Services

 

Once the decision has been made to utilize our services, please select one of the transportation or receiving options below to bring your beloved companion into our care. 

 

Option 1: Transfer from your Animal Hospital of choice.

 

We coordinate directly with many local animal hospitals and emergency clinics in bringing fallen pets into our care. Generally, we schedule this service during our normal business hours at no additional charge. Additional fees may apply if afterhours, weekend, or holiday service is required. 

 

Please have your veterinary professional call us to coordinate this service. 

 

 

Option 2: Bringing your pet into our care at the Pet Crematory. 

 

Families may always bring their fallen companion directly to us. We are able to receive pets during normal business hours at no additional charge. When it is necessary to bring our transfer specialist to meet you afterhours, during the weekend or holidays, a fee of $55 will apply. 

 

Please call ahead to allow us time to prepare for your arrival. 

 

 

Option 3: Pickup of your pet from directly from home. 

 

We are happy to assist you directly at your home as well. This service is generally offered during normal business hours but may have limited availability. Our team will work hard to find a time that is convenient for you and your family. An additional fee of $120 may apply when pickup service is necessary outside of normal availability, afterhours, during weekends, or holidays.
